JCE Planning and Architectural Consultancy (JCE) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how JCE uses the information collected about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that JCE has in place to safeguard your privacy, the information JCE collects and how it is used. This privacy policy has been produced in light of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 ("the GDPR") and applies to all personal data, as defined in the GDPR. JCE acts as a Data Controller, and we will collect information you supply to us; such information may include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number; JCE gathers this information in order to respond to your enquiry, which is our lawful basis for its processing. Information provided to us is subject to strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed without your prior consent to any third party, other than to any employee or member of the firm for the purpose of providing you with the service you require, or to comply with any applicable laws or lawful government and/or regulatory requests. We will need to request your consent in order to pass on your contact details to other consultants with whom we need to communicate for quotation/advice purposes.
We will hold your personal data while working for you, and a further 6 years following completion of your instructions.
You can check the information we hold or ask us to amend any inaccuracies in the information that we hold, or request its removal by writing to us or emailing our Data Protection Officer at the above address. We reserve the right to use reasonable measures to check your identity before any information will be disclosed to you.
JCE has put in place various security procedures to protect your information including the instalment of firewalls to our computer system, essential employee access and system password protection.

JCE does not identify users of this website.
