Our Clients in this case wished to create a large riding stables and indoor arena for their race horses and we acted as both design and planning consultants, also providing technical support during the building works. The application was negotiated with and approved by South Oxfordshire District Council, following which we dealt with obtaining the necessarily Building Regulation consent and support for the specialist equine contractor during the construction period.
