Mark is a Chartered Town Planner with a BA(Hons) in Urban and Environmental Planning, an MA in Town Planning, and has a Certificate of Continuing Education in Planning Enforcement.  He has worked in local government in Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire, rising to Development Manager responsible for the busiest planning authority in Kent.  He also lectures in planning law, environmental management and similar topics to under and post-graduate students, and has been a guest speaker at the National Planning Enforcement Forum.

Mark is at his most comfortable making complex planning issues accessible to the wider public.  A frequent speaker at Parish Council forums, Mark’s infectious enthusiasm for his subject is always well received.  He would be pleased to discuss your development proposals, planning refusals, and any planning law matters with you.
